Position Overview
The Qatar Golf Association (QGA) seeks a young, ambitious, and accomplished golf coach to lead the National Junior Golf Program, with a special focus on building pathways for both boys’ and girls’ squads in preparation for the 2030 Asian Games in Doha.
This role is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape the future of golf in Qatar by developing juniors into elite national athletes. The ideal candidate is young but proven, with recognized achievements in working with national golf federations and a passion for long-term player development.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid PGA Membership or internationally recognized coaching certification.
• Proven experience with junior golfers and national-level programs.
• Track record of success in player development and competitive tournament coaching.
• Young age and single status preferred, with flexibility to relocate and commit to Qatar.

Special Knowledge and Skills
• Expertise in modern coaching tools (Trackman, TopTracer, FlightScope, etc.).
• Strong understanding of swing mechanics, short game, tournament strategy, and youth fitness.
• Ability to design and deliver structured athlete development pathways leading to the 2030 Asian Games.
• High cultural adaptability, strong motivational skills, and a commitment to inclusivity.
• Experience promoting and growing girls’ participation in golf.

Major Responsibilities
Instruction & Development
• Deliver high-quality group and individual coaching for junior and national players.
• Build holistic programs developing technical, physical, and mental skills.
• Instill discipline, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit in all players.
Program Leadership
• Establish measurable KPIs aligned with 2030 Asian Games preparation.
• Create seasonal training camps and ensure structured tournament participation.
• Track performance, analyze results, and implement continuous improvement.
Girls & Boys Program Growth
• Lead the development of both boys’ and girls’ squads, ensuring equal pathways to success.
• Collaborate with schools, Aspire Academy, and local clubs to identify and nurture new talent.
International Exposure
• Plan and manage participation in local, regional, and global tournaments.
• Provide players with the competitive experience required to succeed internationally.
Administration & Communication
• Coordinate schedules, travel, and logistics for training and tournaments.
• Report regularly on development progress to the QGA Board.
• Build strong engagement with parents, athletes, and stakeholders.
Supervisory Role
• Manage assistant coaches, volunteers, and performance specialists (fitness, nutrition, psychology).
